Yes. Lawns need to be cut a minimum of once per week to remain healthy. Many services offer every other week mowing, however we do not.

If your lawn does not need mowing because of high heat / dry conditions, we will not mow. This is at our determination. We are not in the business of doing unnecessary work at our customer’s expense.

There are many. The most noticeable advantage is noise. Our equipment is a minimum of 50% quieter than comparable gas powered. Besides noise, there are no smelly odors, no chance of spilling gas or oil on your property, zero emissions and many more.

No. When you order your first service you are hiring us for scheduled weekly mowing. We will mow each week and charge you accordingly. You may fire us at any time by simply letting us know you no longer desire our services, via e-mail, phone or text. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to give you peace of mind.

No problem. Just contact us via a request for quote and we will figure it out for you.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If we do, we ask that you give us the opportunity to correct our error. If you are still dissatisfied, for any reason, you will not be charged for that service or your money will be immediately refunded, whichever applies.

Yes, we carry a 1,000,000 general liability policy, a copy is available upon request. Unfortunately, one of the hazards of lawn equipment is the capability of throwing rocks and debris. We take ever precaution to prevent this but rest assured if we damage your property, you are covered.

Typically, weather permitting we mow between 10am and 6pm M-F. However if there are or will be delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, those hours may be broadened WITH your permission. We may also have to mow on weekends to get caught up, WITH your permission. We will always ask if we can mow outside of your weekly scheduled visit.

Thursday (select) and Friday (premium) are for customers who want their lawns freshly mowed for the weekend. Your lawn will be mowed every week on that day unless there are delays caused by wet un-mowable conditions due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances which prevent us from servicing your lawn that day that are beyond our control. Friday customers take top priority when delays occur, followed by Thursday, Wednesday then Tuesday and Monday. You are paying for top priority on your selected day.

Premium customers (Friday) get top priority. When conditions are acceptable to mow Premium customers lawns get mowed first, followed by Select (Thursday) customers, Standard (Wednesday) customers and then Discount (Monday and Tuesday) customers. This priority applies whether we have to post mow your property or pre-mow your property in the event of a weather forecast that will prevent mowing.

Yes and Yes. We only accept payment in this manner. Your first service must be paid in advance, subsequent services will be charged to your card the week after we perform the service, typically on Monday the week after. You will be emailed a receipt. We do not store any of your card information on our servers, this is all done through Square our card processing provider. Square is one of the nations most secure processors. You must stored your card on file with Square for continued service. You may cancel service at anytime and with our 100% guarantee, you are completely safe.

No, we only accept credit or debit cards. Your first service is billed in advance when you order. Subsequent services will be billed after the work is completed.

Fishers IN Mulch Installation

Proper Install: For optimal performance, groundcover should be installed at a depth of 3-4 inches and rocks should be at a depth of 2-3 inches.
